Deborah Ramos
Deborah Ramos grew up in Ocean Beach, a small beach community in San Diego. She is the author of from the earthen drum of my body and is currently working on her second collection. Deborah’s poetry has appeared in Sage Woman, Rattlesnake Press, Border Voices, Dancing Goddess, National Beat Anthology, Fuck Isolation and more. Her creative life includes traveling, writing, exhibiting her art and photography. Pre-pandemic, Deborah hosted readings at the Poetry Bench in Balboa Park, but now, enjoys hosting her open mic on Zoom, which includes an array of poets from across the globe.
